Before you buy the program, there a few things you need to know about what you are purchasing, what you can expect and the support you will get from me. Please read the terms below, and if you have any questions once you’ve finished, please do not hesitate to get in touch, and I would be happy to chat further.

Amy Weeks (Prior)

The terms and conditions set out below apply to your purchase of the group coaching program, with a VIP 1:1 option “Set-Up & Start Your Professional Organising Business” offered by Amy Weeks (Prior) and Pro Organiser Academy. Please read them carefully as they affect your rights and liabilities under law and set out the terms under which Amy Weeks (Prior), I, provide services to you, as purchaser of the Set-Up & Start Your Professional Organising Business. These terms are subject to any rights you have under consumer law to which I am bound to and which cannot be waived.

Program Outline

Set-Up & Start Your Professional Organising Business is a group coaching program, with a 1:1 VIP option, which uses practical business start-up advice and implementation to get your professional organising business set up in the 8-week timeframe.

Program Specifics

Following the successful purchase of the program, you will receive an email confirmation. If you purchase during the early-bird period, you will not have access to the online portal and community until Monday 17th June. On that date, I will contact you with your login details to access the online portal and community. You will receive instant access then to a bonus to get stuck into. You will gain access to the Week 1 content on Wednesday 3rd of July, one week before the live coaching container starts on Wednesday the 10th of July.

If you have chosen to the VIP option, within 48 hours, you will receive an email from me, to arrange the set-up of your first Zoom meetings. Once arranged, you will receive emails confirming each Zoom meeting link, along with Calendar invites.

The program has been tried and tested by individuals who are over the age of 18 and from various different backgrounds. In working through the material, they have been able to set up their professional organising businesses quickly and efficiently, without the guesswork and self-doubt. For best results, it is recommended that you complete all tasks laid out in the checklists over the eight weeks.

Whilst all those who have taken the program to date have achieved their desired results, it is not possible to provide any guarantees that you will experience any specific results. Failure to complete the tasks will limit your ability to benefit from the information provided and will significantly limit any results. However, the main benefit is that you will have one-to-one tailored support and motivation from me as your coach, so the chances of you not completing the majority of tasks are unlikely.

Though you will benefit from high touch group OR 1:1 depending on the level purchased coaching, ultimately, it is your responsibility to apply what is taught in the program both during and afterwards to achieve a complete business set up.

Please be aware that the program is delivered entirely in English, and no translations are provided for videos or text.

Website Completion as a VIP

If you take my advice to use the website platform and theme that I recommend in the program and would like me to finish your site for you after our week 4 session, here is what’s included. A four-page fully responsive site with additional privacy policy and service terms and conditions pages accessible from links in the footer. A blog page is optional, but you will need to provide one written blog post for me to add.

Once completed you will have 2 rounds of edits, so please ensure you check the site thoroughly, once the container has ended I cannot make any additional amendments. A website build on another platform or with a different theme is not included in the price. The cost of the website hosting and website theme is not included within this course, the payment is made by you.

All copy for your website, pricing details and social media links along with branding colours, logo and fonts must be supplied by email before we start the website week session to enable us to make the most of the time and for me to finish your website.

Payment Terms

The standard cost of the group program is £1497. The cost of the VIP option is £3497. Either option is a one-off payment, and all purchases are final. If you purchase during the Early-Bird period, you will pay £997 for the group version.

You can pay by any card, including American Express, Apple Pay or Link Express Pay.

Paying in full [PIF] is the best value because there is no additional administration and payment processing fees and you’ll also receive lifetime access to our Mindset Mastery for Business Masterclass and Create Your Iconic Personal Brand Masterclass worth £97 each.

Example:

One-Time Payment: The total cost for the program is £997, payable upon registration.

Payment Plan: The total cost for the program is £1026.91, payable in two monthly instalments of £513.46 each.

Payment Plan Details:

Instalment Amounts and Schedule: The payment plan option divides the total cost of £1026.91 into two equal monthly instalments of £513.46 each. The first payment is due at the time of registration, and the second payment is due one month thereafter. Once full payment is complete, the payment will be cancelled automatically. If you have paid in full today, there will be no additional payments to me.

Additional Fees: The payment plan includes a 3% administrative fee, already reflected in the total payment plan cost.

Late Payments: A late fee of £25 will be applied for payments received more than 5 days after the due date.

Missed Payments: If a payment is missed, access to the program will be suspended until the outstanding amount is paid. Repeated missed payments may result in termination of access to the program without a refund.

Please note, by law of the FSC the payment plan must be complete before we finish working together.

Support

The aim of this program is that you should be able to access the program material with ease. Should you require any technical support in respect of your PDF downloads, accessing the pre-recorded videos or community, then I am happy to help you get up and running. Please email amy@proorganiseracademy.com, and you will receive a reply between Monday to Friday from 9 am until 5 pm. I will respond to you within 48 hours, but I aim to respond to you as quickly as possible. If you email during the weekend or a bank holiday, I will endeavour to reply to you within the same time frame, but cannot guarantee this.

With the group program option, you will receive support via the online community and the live coaching sessions.

With the VIP option, you will also have direct email access to me.

Privacy And Confidentiality

Your privacy and the protection of your personal data is important to me. I will keep your personal data confidential and will never share it with unconnected third parties. Your payment information will be processed by a secure third-party processor. I will be provided with your email address and name but never be provided with your financial information.

Refunds And Cancellation

As you are purchasing digital content which includes data which is produced and supplied in digital form, no refunds are offered for Set-Up & Start Your Professional Organising Business. I do not offer partial refunds and any exclusive bonuses and discounts are non-refundable in any circumstances.

In purchasing the program, you are waiving your rights to a refund.

Intellectual Property

You will be provided with course materials.

At all times, even following purchase, the intellectual property rights and copyright connected with those materials remain with me, Amy Prior (Weeks) and The Space Creator. You have the right to use the materials as learning tools, but you are not permitted to duplicate, imitate or provide copies to third parties, whether for free or as part of a sale.

Feedback and Complaints

If you have any feedback about the course please share it with me. It is always great to receive words of praise and also helpful to get constructive comments. We have a dedicated feedback form here. I really hope that you love this program as much as I do, but if you would like to make a complaint, this should be made to made in writing to amy@proorganiseracademy.com.

General

Throughout Set-Up & Start Your Professional Organising Business, Amy will be available by email Monday to Friday between 9 am to 5 pm. Amy will respond as soon as possible and within 48 hours during the hours stated.

We intend to rely on the written terms set out in these terms and conditions in respect of the course delivered to you. These written terms shall constitute the entire agreement between us.

If any provision or part-provision of these terms and conditions is or becomes invalid, illegal or unenforceable, it shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, legal and enforceable. If such modification is not possible, the relevant provision or part-provision shall be deemed deleted. Any such modification or deletion shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the rest of these terms and conditions.

These Terms are governed by English law. The Courts of England & Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any matter and proceedings arising out of your purchase of the course.
